Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with the tracking number when your order has shipped.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
Lost and Damage
Please contact us at support@wilino.nz as soon as possible if you received your order damaged. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods as proof of damage and email us with pictures of the damage items, if possible.
If you have not received your order when the tracking information indicates that the item has been delivered, please contact CourierPost on 0800 COURIER / 0800 268 743 with your tracking number.
International Shipping Policy
We ship to Australia from New Zealand. Our shipping charges do not include taxes and extra charges imposed by customs at the borders. The buyer is responsible for these charges, if any.
